1. Application Overview

AutomateTechEmail Notification System is an internal operational tool developed by AutomateTech to facilitate automated communication with approved publisher partners. The application integrates with Gmail API to send transactional emails related to campaign management and operational updates.

The system does not provide email marketing services and does not send promotional or unsolicited messages.

2. Purpose of Gmail API Usage

The application uses the Gmail API solely to send automated transactional notifications triggered by internal campaign management events.

Examples of notifications include:

• Campaign launches
• Campaign updates or configuration changes
• Purchase Order (PO) updates
• Budget or cap modifications
• Operational alerts relevant to ongoing campaigns

3. Scope of Access

The application requests the following Google OAuth scope:

gmail.send

This scope is used strictly to send email notifications on behalf of the authorized AutomateTech Gmail account.

The application does not request access to:

• User inbox content
• Email reading permissions
• Contact lists
• Google Drive or other Google services

4. Data Usage

The system processes minimal information necessary to send notifications.

Data used includes:

• Recipient email address
• Recipient name (optional personalization)
• Campaign information (campaign name, caps, PO information)

The application does not collect or process sensitive personal information.

5. Data Storage

The application does not store Gmail message content from user accounts.

Email logs may be stored internally for operational monitoring purposes, including:

• Timestamp
• Delivery status
• Campaign reference

6. Data Sharing

AutomateTech does not sell, share, or distribute user data to third parties.
